The concept for the Direct Selling Leadership Center was conceived following my coaching conversation with a successful leader in the direct selling industry.  My client shared with me that many new leaders enjoy what they are doing, but they often feel inexperienced to lead or manage a team.  Our conversation revealed the need for industry specific training for women moving up in leadership roles.

 

As a coach, my passion has always been to help people grow and achieve success.  So, I began envisioning ways to offer training designed specifically for direct selling leaders -- training that would address their needs and instill confidence in their abilities to manage a thriving business, lead their team and develop new leaders.  With my prior experience in the direct selling industry, I knew where to find the ideal, top-notch instructors to train these women.  The vision, commitment and expertise of these instructors ensure that Direct Selling Leadership Center clients will gain the information and support they need to expand their businesses and achieve new levels of success.   We are here to support you in growing all areas of your business!

Rod Smith has his Master of Science in Leadership and is an adjunct professor for the Ken Blanchard College of Business at Grand Canyon University.  In addition, Rod is the founder of a leadership development consulting firm, which is the manifestation of his passion for developing leaders and empowering individuals to excel.  His experience includes running a multi-million dollar sales support and consulting organization, as well as working for 21 years in a variety of management positions with a Fortune 500 company, where he was an integral part of their leadership development program.
